This is done by organizing monthly seminars on the issues faced by many of the machining units. While we do try to get one of the industrial experts to accommodate our seminars in their busy schedule it may not always be possible to ensure that they make it. When attending the seminars our customers also get an opportunity to interact with each other and discuss their own problems or achievements with one another. This may not necessarily be the solution to all the problems faced by one in the machining world but it certainly helps open up a number of possibilities that need to be explored.
This is just one of the ways that we would like to thank our customers for giving us an opportunity to serve them.
Our Sales Engineers also take this opportunity to talk about their recent successes and the problems overcome by them during their recent trials. This proves as a valuable input to our customers and also helps them see an opportunity to cut their costs and improve productivity.
We believe that our customers are our partners in our growth and prosperity. While we try to ensure that our vendors are not hampered by our customer's schedules we also ensure that our customers do not suffer by the supply schedules given by our customers. We always try to ensure that an optimum qty. of tools consumed regularly by our customers is available in our inventory at any given point of time. This is one of our ways of appreciating our vendors and our customers for the opportunity given to serve them.
We also take this opportunity to note down our limitations which may be taken by our customers as our drawbacks.
Our Technical team is always ready to help our customers in giving out the best feasible solution so that they can be more productive. Over a period of time they have gained valuable experiences along with our customers on the ways of reducing tool costs and increasing productivity.
